The company’s HR team and management has pioneered the JUMPSTART initiative. The team plans to develop initiatives and proposes plans on how the company can best improve on Quality, Employee initiative and Technology.
Part of the initiative would be TeamGreen within CROSSOVER, who would actively promote steps on how to increase energy efficiency, reuse paper and other materials as well as conserve water.
